Q: How do I qualify for your free web design service?

A: You must be a genuine, reasonably well equipped Professional UK Mistress with suitable accommodation, who provides in-person domination sessions. We do not design websites for Mistresses who only offer distance training, financial domination, etc. If you provide distance training and financial domination, that's fine as long as you also provide in-person domination sessions. You must also show your face in at least some of the photos on your website.
